It's a good company to work for ! I just needed better paying loads! The dispatchers can only do so much when pulling off the boards! But i did have a fantastic dispatcher by the name of PACO he is cool! He is a man of his word and did everything he possibly could to help me if I needed it! Thanks Paco
They definitely seem like a nice company, but like so many of these small companies, they will make up charges and keep your money and deposits. I thought they were okay with integrity but they aren’t. The office speaks very condescending to you and they are not very nice. You are better to go with a large well recognized company than to take a risk with these guys. Also, I believe a lot of their positive reviews are self generated. I was able to work with Eljim Inc for a little while but had to come off road do to health reasons. All I can say is that they are a great company to work for. They are really excellent at paying you and they are willing to help you if you need it. The office staff are great and they have great dispatchers. Mine was Bobby! Stephan is a great manager who keeps in touch with you. If I can get back out there, I will definitely look them up again.
