I wanted to thank E.L.J. very much for their help. In the photo is how in front of my house gets on a normal day of heavy rain and with the potential of more this weekend we needed to be proactive and get sandbags to help stop the water from getting deeper into our foundation as it’s just 10 feet from the street to my house. Need some" loam"? Come and get mine for free. Bring a jack hammer, pick axe and TNT. Below are the ACTUAL analysis results derived from a sample of a 3 yard delivery of "loam" from ELJ. The experts at the University of Maine soil lab recommended that I add 1 full yard of compost to the 3 yards of "loam" ELJ delivered (if I actually wanted a chance of GROWING something).
