I’ve been dealing with Elizur now for the past three years for my shoes and inserts. Everyone who works there from the customer service phone girls, especially Angie. To dealing with Rob & Saralynn for my ordering & fittings & adjustments. They are all outstanding there! I can’t say enough good things about all of them there! Easy to get appointments, they run on time & are very attentive & caring! Thanks!

Sue was an incredible help for my surgery recovery. She knew how my body was going to react even over FaceTime and worked to ease me into each exercise, and pushed me the perfect amount to heal quickly and correctly.

Victoria has been a great help in fitting me for my boot. She helped me five years ago and she helped me this time again and it was great both times would recommend 100%

They were unsure of the size. The person that fitted me was different than the one that measured me. The first brace broke in the first six hours. The second one (different style and manufacturer) does not fit or is poorly designed.

Over pay for medical devices you need, they billed my insurance 4x the cost of the product I received. Left me footing the bill and claimed my insurance was to blame.
