Your protocol to schedule appointments is flawed and unorganized. It should not take between two days up to a week to call me back regarding a simple follow up appointment. This is not professional.
I had rotator cuff surgery. A few days later my sling and support bar got loose and I couldn’t figure out how to fix it. Tanner, with Elizur got it straightened out and showed me how to adjust it. He was very polite and helpful. 😊
Excellent care and definitely improved my recovery from shoulder surgery. Would absolutely recommend to anyone having shoulder surgery!
The SSS machine as well as the video chats with the physical therapist were instrumental in helping me to recover after rotator cuff surgery. I would highly recommend!
