Victoria has been a great help in fitting me for my boot. She helped me five years ago and she helped me this time again and it was great both times would recommend 100%
They were unsure of the size. The person that fitted me was different than the one that measured me. The first brace broke in the first six hours. The second one (different style and manufacturer) does not fit or is poorly designed.
Over pay for medical devices you need, they billed my insurance 4x the cost of the product I received. Left me footing the bill and claimed my insurance was to blame.
I had both shoulders replaced within the last 6 months. (Reverse total shoulder replacement). Had the Triple S machine and the same therapist, Stephanie Lang, each time. The machine was awesome but Stephanie was fantastic as a therapist and was certainly instrumental in my recovery. I tell everyone about this product!
