My dr sent a script and I never heard from them, I called 2x and left msgs and still never heard from them.
We obtained an appointment at the butler office. When arrived office was closed. Spoke to a customer rep who was very rude. She informed me that the Kittaning office was opened on the day of our appointment. Not the butler office. This was very inconvenient as my mother has a lot of difficulty getting in and out of the car and it was a 40 minute drive. I would NOT recommend this brave company!!!!!
