Horrible alignments! Had to take it somewhere else then they lie to you and try to make the problem seem normal after they take your money Response: yall did evaluate the problem and lied to me and said all vehicles pull to a side it's normal yet when I took it to another shop they fixed the issue and told me all my front end was good, it was just a bad alignment! Thorough conscientious tire repair and we were back on the road again!
Friday morning I had an emergency and I called them for help. They came through. I tend to be the type of person that worries and is very anxious, they showed solid customer service. No comments, no snarky remarks, (like other shops I’ve dealt with before) and they got me the help I needed. They understood my tight budget and circumstances (unlike shops who take advantage of people who aren’t car people).
