Woman on phone was very unprofessional.
Called with a basic question about my pet and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and hard to talk to. Not interested in taking my pet somewhere that even the receptionist is impolite
Our family has been using this place for many years, mostly because we didn't know any better. For animal care you could go to much worse places yet the prices charged are ridiculous, supposedly to discourage people from owning "too many" animals. People are shocked when I tell them what we've paid for services.
