I ordered the passionate love flowers for my girlfriend on Valentine's Day. I have to say I was very upset when she received the flowers. They were nothing close to the description or picture. I understand that it states if some of the flowers were unavailable they would be replaced with something of equal value but what I got was ridiculous. Ruth and her staff did a wonderful job. The Bouquets and centerpieces were beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Ruth is an amazing coordinator. She is detail oriented and has a calm sweet demeanor. She made sure every last detail at our wedding was perfectly planned and executed. If anything went wrong the day of the wedding we did not know it. Ruth was there to take care of it. I highly recommend hiring her!

We were in town for our daughters 21st birthday, we had never ordered flowers in ElizabethTown,NC so after riding along Main Street; I liked their window and decided to contact them to make a 'special arrangement' for our dinner table at Capefear Vineyards the following evening.
