We had 2 of our cats in to her to be treated for upper respiratory infection and we called last week to ask for someone to call us back because they was not getting any better. No one called us so we called again today and ask for someone to please call us back as soon as possible because she was not getting any better. Still no return call. We had to take her to another Vet. They will never see any of our kids again after this lack of concern. Must just be in it for the money.
Charge me double over what I was quoted. I was told the spayed would be 300. They charged men 650 total. When I questioned why it was so high, the vet became combatitive and aggressive rather then explaining why the charges were so much more then what I was quoted at. They gave my dogs vaccines they already had, and charged me an extra office visit. When I asked for a script for my dogs medication since my wife is a pharmacist. Rather then pay there high mark ups.
