Online buyers: just don't. This is a tiny little store that can't support online customer service needs. They don't check or respond to voicemail or email; their priority is the storefront so don't look for support during "office hours" for online orders. Awful customer service, nonexistent mistake recovery policy. They don't understand the online market at all. Cancelled my order, found what I was looking for elsewhere online and got it delivered for Christmas.
Elizabeth's is wonderful! My order was super cute and was shipped so quickly! Great gifts and customer service!!!
