Elizabeth’s has always been a favorite of our family. The service has always been slow but not too bad and the location, food and drinks usually made up for it. However, we went for my husband’s 60th birthday and the food was mediocre and the service was the worst I’ve ever had… at any restaurant. They were not seating 40 minutes before closing (front desk didn’t say anything about this) because they had an event right after closing. Was really looking forward to dining here.
Do not come here, if you want to eat. Come for a long wait time, bay view, very long wait time, coffee with a mandatory spoon of sugar, flatbread, eggs and extra long wait time. We waited 45 minutes just to be seated. Waited 30 minutes to get coffee - don’t order, I tried it, so you wouldn’t have to. Waited 30 minutes for a flatbread - yes, it is just a flatbread, they put eggs, bacon, onions on top, and it tastes exactly, as you think it would.
