Relaxing and therapeutic all in one. I love Liz's nurturing touch. Her knowledge and experience comes through with knowing how to treat my pain with proper technique, pressure and location (which isn't always where the pain is). 10/10 recommend. I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2004 and recommend clients of mine to her when I cant treat them. she's one of the best.
Wow, wow, wow! I am so grateful to have found Liz. I have had some major tightness in my shoulders and neck recently and it's completely gone after one session. The entire massage from start to finish was exactly what I was hoping for and the reiki add-on was such a relaxing experience.
