Betsy was a tremendous advisor and guide for our major renovation project. She asked many questions about our preferences and needs, listened carefully, made valuable suggestions for how we could redesign space for optimal uses, brought ideas for kitchen, floors, bathrooms, paint color and rugs and always took feedback and suggestions well.
