Dr.Williams was my PCP for a very long time. But I realized how poor she performs only when my health started to deteriorate. About two years ago (3/2018), I contacted Dr.Williams with severe lethargy and hair loss. My suspicion was thyroid malfunction since I had to take thyroid medication during both my pregnancies. She ordered TSH, T3/T4 blood tests. My test showed TSH at 8.46 and T3/T4 normal.
