Every time I go to Elizabeth Wende @ Batavia, the staff are always very friendly and helpful. I hardly ever have to wait. The facility is very clean and welcoming. The Batavia location is also very convenient for me.
Good morning, My experience at your office was fantastic!! I was greeting by a lovely lady that couldn’t have been more accommodating and pleasant, as well as calm! As you know, mammograms and bone density test can be unnerving! The next step was equally as reassuring, as I proceeded to the waiting area. Very welcoming, nice and great customer service. Staff was wonderful
Very cookie cutter service. No individualized treatment and they are very dismissive of any requests based on personal circumstances or current research. They would rather deny breast cancer screening than deviate from their cookie cutter diagnostic services.
