I have always had a great experience at EWBC. The staff from the front desk to the professional technicians to the doctors are attentive , friendly and professional. It makes an appointment that can be dreadful a welcome experience. Thank you for all that you are doing. It’s not often we hear how well we are doing in our jobs , especially in healthcare and this team at the Carthage office is caring well for the patients they serve.
The Carthage receptionist was very kind and got me right in the medical staff girls we're both very knowledgeable when asked questions and very professional. I have been going since 2018 and highly recommend.

The receptionist was unnecessarily aggressive and rude towards my mother when she called to check in for her referral. She was demanding details of why she was being referred and told her that "the patient should know what's wrong the best" when my mother wasn't able to explain the referral the way the receptionist saw fit. Last time I checked, the doctor is supposed to best explain medical issues. It's totally inappropriate to treat your patients like this.
