Office manager Christine is totally unprofessional and so rude. I called asking to speak to the office manager about a charge they billed my husband for which was mine! She was so immature and when I requested to speak to Dr Burns, she said “that’s not happening” and hung up on me. So unprofessional…….
Rude to patients, no bedside manner, office manager is unprofessional .
