Positives: •Dr Nagoda spent time and didn't rush. •Her staff was nice. Negatives: •She didn't display compassion for what I am experiencing. •No plan to investigate the root cause of my problem. •Told I was just a difficult case •Medicine that "might" help never sent to pharmacy. Maybe I misunderstood and she has intentions to investigate further between now and a 3 month follow-up, if that is the case, I will change my rating. Excellent physician.
I appreciate Dr. Nagoda more at every appointment following successful surgery. She is direct but at the same time calming with information and answers. Part of healing is longer intervals between visits so I’ll make a point to reach Dr. Nagoda between appointments for advice. Before the most recent appointment , Dr. Nagoda was a calming influence with regard to my stressing about the results of an upcoming test. The visit was thorough and informative and I again feel very lucky to be one of Dr. Nagoda’s patients!
