one of the worst experiences - brought our puppy in for a limp. asked no questions and didn’t even ask to see her walk. When I brought up potential issues said that they didn’t know anything and weren’t the people to ask? ultimately gave no diagnosis or help and said they can’t help. And then on the way out asked if they could use the puppy for socials… The puppy’s limp is worse after seeing the doctor :)

I recently took my rabbit, Snowie, to the vet because she wasn’t doing well. She felt lifeless, though she was still breathing, so we rushed her in. The vet told us they would do their best and keep us updated throughout her stay. However, we didn’t receive a single call or text from them. The vet hardly made eye contact, and I felt rushed the entire time. I kept trying to ask about my pet’s symptoms, but I’d get these super short answers that didn’t really explain anything. By the time I left, I felt like I knew less than when I arrived. What bothered me most was how stressed my pet became—no one seemed to slow down or show much warmth.
