We have brought our dogs here for years. They take great care of them, are straight with us even when conversations are hard. And they always talk to our pets too. Wee feel like they are in the pet business because they love pets.
***edited*** Due to your cold corporate response to my review, let's disclose what really happened here. One month ago we brought in our elderly dog due to him limping on a rear leg. After consultation with the vet, it was agreed that he would get a monthly shot to see if it would help his arthritis. This is the same shot our previous dog received until a few years ago when he passed. The cost at that time was $125 for five injections which we pre-purchased and would bring him in for the shot. We have been clients of this practice since they opened years ago. Since they were sold to a Corporation, things have not been satisfactory. They only care about money and not about their clients or your pets. We have had all of our records transferred to another vet which is privately owned and treats us with respect.
I left a message at 6:30 asking to please contact me regarding my very sick cat as soon as possible. At 11.00 I called to see if my msg was received and it was. They are not giving me the option to call another vet if not available to see him. INEXCUSABLE
