Super nice staff and amenities! They have a great selections of different layouts and am definitely interested in going there to lease when my contract ends.
We love living here! We especially love living on the 5th floor because of the high ceilings, granite counter tops, and hardwood floors!

The management at this building is a complete disappointment. Be aware that there are hidden fees everywhere that they fail to mention. If you've paid a pet fee, understand that it's just a priveledge fee and that you will A) get none of it back, nor will it cover any damages incurred and B)you will get charged extra on move-out for added "pet carpet cleaning". Agree with these reviews - As a current resident, I have been extremely disappointed with the property management staff. Considering the rent prices, one would think the developer would look for more than a team of sorority girls to run the place. A "Chili Cookoff" flyer stuck in my door jam was fine when I living in a dorm room but this is supposed to be a different place... A true shame.
