Dr Smith was very attentive and informative and helpful.
I am disappointed in the unprofessional and unknowledgeable care provided by Dr. Smith. I have seen Dr. Smith a few times and initially liked her patient, kind manner. However, I recently saw her for a medical issue for which she ordered an ultrasound. After the ultrasound, I was never notified of the results except for a medical report in my online chart with no explanation of the results or next steps. Dr. Smith is an amazing doctor, she cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen to her patients needs. Very rare these days. Dr. Elizabeth Smith gets 10 stars in my book.

Dr. Smith always takes the time to explain to me what it is I am seeing her about, and she always knows a good amount on the subject. I feel at ease speaking freely with her, which helps me to communicate what I need and am feeling. I never have to wait too long to see her. She never acts likes she is in a rush when speaking to her. She is very knowledgable and personable and helpful to me every time I have seen her.
I have no problem with this doctor, the problem lies in getting my prescription refilled. I literally start 30 days prior to running out of pills because I know it will take me about two weeks to finally get it, however, in the meantime I have to keep checking on it, then they send it to the wrong pharmacy, very frustrating. Wish they could get their office in order.
I can't tell you what a blessing this doctor has been for me. She is very intelligent. This is what she has done for me. I was on 180 mg. Of methadone and 30 mg. Of Valium for 6 years. I just wanted clean from the drugs. Dr. Smith took time to listen to me, then gave me the best advise on how to taper. This is the amazing part after one week im clean from the methadone and almost off the Valium. Never have i seen a Dr. That cared so much. Thank you Dr. Smith, and to her assistants. Amazing
