Love her but she needs more help. I know several people that have left her practice because of long wait times. She should also be able to examine your eyes for glasses etc as like she use to. HIRE more people!!!
Dr. Small is a consummate professional. I only saw her three times but was very pleased. I was with another ophthalmologist for 38 years and it was tough going to someone new. The Mt. Sinai Ophthalmologist department is extremely well equipped. The doctor’s staff is A-one. Each and every interaction was handled well. They were all on the same team and worked well together. Shout out to Danielle, Daniella and Ann! Thank you.
