We have been working with Elizabeth for three years. We planned to move to this area but wanted to sell our home in Kansas before we actually bought here so were trying to get a feel for the market and what our money would buy here. If you had a higher rating than "excellent" for Patience, I would give it to her. It took almost 2 years for our home to sell, but she never gave up on us. She was great about doing the comparables and getting all our questions about homes answered. She gets an A++ in our book!
Elizabeth did a great job helping us navigate the sale of our home. She is very pleasant to work with and kept us well- informed as to the status of potential buyers.
