Sarah was awesome!!! I really enjoyed my experience, I’m not sure I would have if it was someone else helping me! I didn’t find my dress :( but she was so helpful and now I know exactly what I’m looking for!! So thankful for the experience!

The employees employees were great and patient. The girl I worked with helped me put on and take off dresses, and helped me and my entourage hone in on what I liked and didn’t. Also, the off the rack prices were incredible. However, as a size 6 a lot of the dresses I tried on were too big for me, which really takes away from the experience. I also came to the store for one specific dress I was dead set on trying on. I even checked their website beforehand to make sure they had it. After several appointment confirmations and providing my dress size, inspiration photos, and wedding date well in advance, I was very disappointed with my experience. Back in August of this year, I drove from Kaufman to Waxahachie (a 45–60 minute drive) for my scheduled appointment, but when I arrived, there was no one at the front desk to check me in.
