Today was my first vist with Dr. Schulman and she superseded my expectations. She was extremely kind, patient, authentic, genuine and professional. As a person who struggles with anxiety Dr. Schulman made feel extremely safe. After our vist I left her office knowing I was in the right place to address my medical needs.
I saw Dr. Schulman through a telehealth session during the pandemic. I was skeptical of how effective telehealth sessions can be. Turns out with the right doctor, it can be very effective. Dr. Schulman asked the right questions, walked me through her thought process, assessed my symptoms, prescribed some blood work, discussed my lifestyle, habits, and recurring issues, and provided a logical and holistic approach to solving each of them. Dr. Schulman was so nice I was honestly caught off guard. She was thorough about taking my medical history and I was presently surprised by how many different approaches she took to address my issues. She was able to see me as a patient from different points of view which I really appreciated because sometimes you go to specialists and they fail to take other factors affecting their specialty into consideration.
