I got on Google in hopes to see overall higher starred reviews on Dr Schowe, thinking that perhaps she was just having a terrible day today. But I see that’s clearly not the case. I have been sick with upper respiratory symptoms for 19 days now. It continually got worse so I did a telehealth visit on 1/18 with Rebecca Holdgreve, NP and she was wonderful. By far the rudest doctor I have ever dealt with. She cut me off multiple times, corrected me and treated me like I was an inconvenience. I was sicker than I have been in 8 years and I honestly don’t her 30 second assessment.
I took my mother with dementia to the walk-in clinic and buff saw Dr Schowe. As a fellow Parkview employee, I was so disappointed in her bedside manner and how she spoke to my mom. She was rude and uncaring and unthorough. I felt it was a waste of a trip.
I would personally leave no stars. She is by far one of the rudest doctors that I have ever come across. When I asked her a question about a note on my chart that I didn't understand she yelled at me over the phone and then proceeded to tell me if I would have done everything right when I did my labs my test wouldn't have had any notes. But i had done everything the doctor had asked so I'm confused. If I could leave no stars I would. I took my 7 month old in and the nurses who checked us in and took us back were so incredible and helpful. From the moment Dr Schowe came in she had an attitude. Without even assessing my son she began telling me that my pediatrician wants this and that and they don’t do that at the walk in so I’d have to go to the ER. I told her I’m here because I want this less invasive test first and I’m not comfortable waiting till my son has a fever of 102°+ for 3 days to do any kind of testing. She co... read more
