I rarely leave reviews unless I’m specifically asked, but this team is incredible. Heather has always done the best job with my brows, so much so that I still ferry over for appointments years after moving away from the peninsula. Their prices are so reasonable, and most importantly, they are real people who care about real people. Heather is an amazing technician! She has such a gentle touch that you hardly even notice the process itself, and her conversation makes the time fly by. Every visit feels like catching up with a good friend. I always leave feeling cared for and uplifted. She’s truly a gem!
Sydney was able to schedule me in with very short notice. She was very friendly, professional, and efficient. I asked her advice about skin irritation after the waxing and she applied a serum, resulting in absolutely no irritation. Thank you so much! I'll be back and asking for Sydney! :-)
