She was very personable and also efficient. Her communication was very clear, and she listened to my concerns.

Appt and visit with Dr. Biegelsen was fine, helpful. Time at KP, Largo was awful -- had to wait with no explanation for an hour, and after indicating that, as noted, to another service desk, still no response. I do not plan to visit Largo again.
