Appt and visit with Dr. Biegelsen was fine, helpful. Time at KP, Largo was awful -- had to wait with no explanation for an hour, and after indicating that, as noted, to another service desk, still no response. I do not plan to visit Largo again.
She listens well and understands the issues that concerns me. Patient and compassionate in her approach
