I broke my leg, a tibial plateau fracture in December. I was Non weight bearing for 3 months and started PT at Elizabeth Rogers Pilates and Physical Therapy In April. I have had an amazing experience. Kayla is knowledgeable and gives really good excercises to do at home. Now doing Pilates as part of my rehab as well has been a great compliment to my rehab.
I feel extremely fortunate to have learned that Elizabeth Rogers Pilates studio also offers physical therapy just before I was scheduled for THR surgery. I've historically had pretty poor experiences with PT and would only go the minimum times required, gritting my teeth the whole way while being fairly unmotivated between appointments to really apply myself to the assigned home regimen. My physical therapist at Elizabeth Rogers Pilates & Physical Therapy is Elizabeth Bannister, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. I initially came to her with significant back pain, and not only did she help alleviate that pain, but she also helped me improve my posture. Elizabeth is an outstanding physical therapist—knowledgeable, approachable, and easy to work with.
