Staff is ill eqeuipprd and unable to help patients they are rude as well as don’t let you speak they do not get you in in a timely fashion. In addition these are the same people that take care of Dr. Watson, who is leaving which I do not blame her.
I really don't like to give bad reviews but. I have been a patient here for many years. Now with some recent staffing changes I can't get a referral done not only on time but even after missing appointments. What is going on. I need help and this office is letting me down.
My first visit was subpar with the PA. Unfortunately, the PA that saw me does not work there anymore. I called again today to schedule a new appointment. While making the appointment (speaking to Christine) we were looking at dates for me to come in. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but she definitely gave some attitude over the phone stating “I never said I didn’t have that date available, how about you tell me when you want to come in” when I was literally asking the availability on the specific days I was free. I need to share my experience doctor Polsenili is a great doctor but the office staff are very rude and with attitude especially front desk jerrod clay .
