Elizabeth Poe gave me wonderful care. I saw her via telehealth to follow up from an ER visit. She had already read the hospital notes and was familiar with my history. She really listened to me and was kind, compassionate, and thorough. She heard me and understood what I needed. Now, two days later, and following her instructions and taking my new meds, I feel so much better. I am deeply appreciative for her excellence care.
Elizabeth Poe is amazing! She listens, cares, and makes you feel truly seen. The extra time spent in appointments is worth it for the level of attention and support she gives.
DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I was scheduled 5/17/2024 3pm, but DID NOT SEE Elizabeth Poe. At check-in, I was told she was behind 45 minutes to an hour. Finally, my name was called and vitals taken by Nurse #1. I was told they did not have a copy of the recent x-ray results of my left wrist; therefore, I showed a copy of the results from SimonMed Imaging via my cellphone to Nurse #1 and was told Elizabeth Poe will be in next to read it. My first visit with MS Poe was on 12/28/22. We had a discussion regarding my hypertension. I mentioned to her when I have elevated episodes I suffer headaches and blurriness of vision. She noted in the visit log: “This is a chronic problem. The problem has been waxing and waning since onset. The problem is uncontrolled. This doctor has exemplary bedside manner as well as being knowledgeable and up to date in her information for the care of people. Happy to have someone who understands my body and is able to help me take care of it! My husband and I are both impressed by her group of healthcare professionals and it makes going to the doctor a little easier each time.
