They will not schedule a pt until they get records from various providers. They lie about the process, and about the fact that they use the records to screnn and deny care. The provide a time frame which could be months longer than this while waiting for records before scheduling. When inquiring about these policies and discrepancies, the nurse became very aggressive and unprofessional. They destroy patient trust from the start.
