Love the Atmosphere here all staff are helpful energetic always smiling and Friendly. The switch from my old Ent to Pearce was so smooth. I love all of the appointment notifications of upcoming appointments. 10/10 Recommend switching to Pearce MD.
I’ve been extremely impressed with the care I’ve received at PearceMD. I initially found them through a Google search after being told the referral wait times through a large Maine healthcare system would be quite long, and I’m so glad I decided to look elsewhere. They will not schedule a pt until they get records from various providers. They lie about the process, and about the fact that they use the records to screnn and deny care. The provide a time frame which could be months longer than this while waiting for records before scheduling. When inquiring about these policies and discrepancies, the nurse became very aggressive and unprofessional. They destroy patient trust from the start.
I have seen Jillian, and Dr. Pearce. I don't think I have ever experienced this type of service in a medical facility. First, and most importantly, you don't get minimal care, and subpar customer service. They love what they do and it shows in the service. You get a easy to understand, enjoyable, and personalized experience. I'm pretty harsh critic of medical practices and healthcare services. Dr. Pearce and Gillian Croteau, PA-C are doing it right. I felt heard, I wasn't rushed, I got my issue resolved in a professional manner and got a detailed explanation on what happened, why it happened and how I could decrease likelihood of recurrence. They were receptive to feedback about limitations in their online intake and generally a breath of fresh air in our current times. Would highly recommend.
