Elizabeth Payne talks fast and is in a hurry to finish her visit with you. I was a patient at pain management and after being dismissed for no good reason I asked Dr. payne for pain meds( her description on what kind of doctor she is says pain management) but she refused. So because I was on morphine I would be going through withdrawal. I asked for help with my withdrawal symptoms, again NO HELP. SHE in my opinion is a useless doctor.
