Took a family dog here 7 days before she passed, they sent her home with some eye medication and said nothing is wrong, when there was clearly something wrong as she was drinking lots and lots of water , very low energy too. Now the dog has passed away today and its because the ladies at this vet cant do the job they got trained for. Stay away from this place if you love your animal.
Terrible. They said nothing was wrong with my dog when something was CLEARLY wrong and the lady didn't even check out my dog out properly and next day we took her to a different vet and she had to be put down because of level 4 kidney failure. and the lady kept cutting my mum off and didn't listen to what was actually wrong. also another time they shoved a thermometer up my dogs ass so roughly she's had butt problems ever since and that was about 3 years ago before she got put down. the lady we where with was also very morbi... read more
Really bad place. My mum took my cat there, and they said that he would be okay. My cat clearly wasn't okay. He can't walk, his head is permanently tilted to the side, and he is getting unhealthily fat even though he BARELY eats. My mum had to take him back because clearly something was wrong. Now he most likely has to be put down. My friend also took her dog to the vet, and they said nothing was wrong with her. The next day she died. Terrible place, DO NOT COME HERE.

I was running 15 minutes late this morning for a desex appointment, husband rang to advise I was 15-20 mins away and they said not to come as I would be turned away. Now they text saying they are taking not only the $50 deposit I paid but also adding a $30 fee for non attendance, the issue with this is I didn't not attend the appointment. I was only running late and did the polite thing and tried to advise them as such, they refused the booking.
