I'm very grateful for this place. The staff were amazing from start to finish with it all, they were awesome to deal with. My dog went from struggling to move to now being the active little furball she once was after the surgery that was required was done. The lady that helped out today had such a positive vibe it just added to the good news we received. Thank you very much to all those that helped Rosie get through this.

Do not recommend going here, went in previously to buy some supplies for some kittens we were caring for and heard the staff talking rudely to another customer. Thought it was just a one off and ended up rushing here as it was our closest vet when kittens were unwell. They took the kitten in imediately which we were grateful for, but were very negative and pushed for euthanasia. Being in distress we accepted thinking that it would be best to not let it suffer. Excellent service. Dr Gary is incredibly kind and compassionate with my animals. He really cared for my two guinea pigs adopted from the shelter. He is not greedy and doesn’t over charge. The prices are a bit less than other clinics and he doesn’t bill you for every piece of advice like some do. He works with the Guinea pig shelter nearby where we adopted from and provides excellent support for Guinea pigs. While not an exotics only vet, if you have a Guinea pig please consider using this vet clinic. I will be coming back.
