Dr Kabir is a great doctor , very thorough and followed up on issues I had . I've found all the staff are very friendly and helpful .
Waited 40 minutes to be told they cannot provide my 4 month old with his vaccinations (which was the reason for the appointment), as I had booked online and was told there was no nurse to administer it. I had noted on my online booking that it was for his vaccinations. Not sure why the doctor couldn’t do it? Apparently there won’t be a nurse at the clinic for a month… The facility itself is in shambles and reception is incompetent. Do not go here!
I work as support worker; went with my client to see Dr Kabir at 1:30pm; guess what time he saw us : 3pm . We at least expect a word SORRY for making us wait 1.30hr but nope. He was so rude and unprofessional. And when we saw him he was rushing us with the appointment. I wish I would give zero star.
