If I could leave less stars I would. Arrived at 9:15 for a 9:30 appointment with two sick kids. The floors were visibly dirty with crumbs and ants around the children’s corner. Considering I was there early in the morning I assume that they did not clean the centre the previous night. By 9:45 I asked if the doctor was running late. The receptionist replied that if he is more than half an hour that he usually calls. She did not have his personal phone number to contact him. I have been to this clinic couple of times and always have to wait 40-50 minutes to see a doctor. Doctors are always behind schedule and it's very frustrating. Nonetheless, doctors are good.

Avoid Dr Khan doctor name with Khan is extremely rude ,3 mins asks patient to Google or Chat GPT and find the blood test result themselves. Also bring the child to see Dr Jelu, stated as one of business partner, prescription not working after consistently days of application , if you just ask what is the prescription, she will just tell you " listen " by unfriendly tone.
