The doctor I see is great short wait times he is very patient he listens and explains the nurse is efficient also Phisio is good the receptionist are great
For every appointment myself and my pregnant partner have here, we are waiting for more than an hour each time for an appointment with no good outcome. Our most recent appointment we waited for more than 2 hours. On top of this, Dr Nahar openly discussed our private matter in front of numerous people in the room and continued even after we asked to talk in a private setting. SPENT 2 HOURS WATING TO SEE DR. GHAN EVEN. THOUGH I WAS SECOND PERSON THROUGH DOOR PEOPLE WERE. BEING CALLED IN . BEFORE ME . THERE WERE 7 OF US. I WAS LAST PERSON. If I could leave less stars I would. Arrived at 9:15 for a 9:30 appointment with two sick kids. The floors were visibly dirty with crumbs and ants around the children’s corner. Considering I was there early in the morning I assume that they did not clean the centre the previous night. By 9:45 I asked if the doctor was running late. The receptionist replied that if he is more than half an hour that he usually calls. She did not have his personal phone number to contact him.
