I am seriously not pulling anyone's leg when I say that this place is competitively incompetent for sport! This place can't seem to do anything the right way! Their management team and employee staff is the absolute worst, and the prices, waiting time, and heaven help when you are attempting to make an appointment prior to coming in! This place is horrible and a complete and genuine 0/5 stars!!
This place is a HUGE waste of both money and time!! This particular "Family Planning Clinic" is truly pitiful and pathetic due to the lack of decent and competent management and service! An equally important reason that this place is so terrible is because of the fact that the appointment making process is so unbelievably chaotic and simply unorganized and the prices are unfathomably and irrationally expensive for literally no reason!! The receptionist was so helpful and kind to me today when I called with some extensive questions. I've always had an amazing experience here. I don't have insurance and Futures has always worked with me. Highly recommend!
In the past they could work you in for emergency appts. Today the man at the front desk was so unhelpful. I miss when the front desk woman worked there. She could always find a way to squeeze in a patient to get them seen.
As a patient of this facility for over 20 years, I’ve never once had a bad experience. They’ve changed doctors as well as other staff since I first started going here, but NEVER have I had a negative experience. I can’t recommend this place enough!!!
