Dr Elizabeth O'Keefe and her team provide both adults and children with quality care. As an educator, I know the importance and value of teaching resilience and coping skills, all while reducing the stigma around mental health. We need more people who are supportive in cultivating an environment that promotes empathy and social-emotional understanding and Dr. O'Keefe has done just that. I cannot recommend her and the Be Well Psychology Group enough. It's both a professional and comfortable environment!
Dr. O'Keefe educated attendees at a parenting workshop I hosted on the topic of social emotional health and wellbeing for young children. She was professional, personable, non-judgmental and made the parents and caregivers feel at ease. I would use Be Well Psychological Services again and would recommend Dr. O'Keefe to others.
