I guess I’ll try again, but their automated system doesn’t work very well and the customer service on the phone was very rude. Professionalism went out the window. I guess they’re not used to working with they can be stressed and have questions.

Dr. Elizabeth Odstricil is the best GI doctor I've had. She truly cares and pays attention to her patients. She does not rush to get patients in and out. That's what I like. I've been with her for many years and would recommend her in a heartbeat, which I already have done.
