This was our 3rd time staying here. Each time has been great. This particular stay i booked the wrong weekend and was struggling to change the date via the 3rd party I used. The staff took care of me immediately and changed my dates. The hotel is in a great location, right along the beach, has a great fireplace area and a decent pool for the kids to play in....while parents soak in the hot tub!
I love this hotel. I have stayed here a few times and the location is perfect. Close to easy beach access, only a couple minutes from most attractions and the Nye beach shopping/cafe area is really growing and making it even easier to enjoy this great hotel. The salmon chowder is impeccable as usual and the staff are all very welcoming and kind. Rooms are clean, the views are great.
