I can't praise the Elizabeth Oceanfront Suites highly enough. In all of our travels, we've never felt more welcomed than we did here. They really went above and beyond to make our anniversary trip stay special! Beyind that, every staff member was delightful, friendly, and helpful. The interior parking is extremely convenient. Very very disappointed this last time I stayed when I first looked only the price was $240 and when I went to go check in at the front desk I was told it was $275 to check in with them instead of online then on top of the already pricey experience the front desk man/women was rude and dressed very unprofessionally for a hotel after we got the room all we could hear all night was all the rooms above us toilets flushing all night long it was horrible won't be staying here next time I'm in Newport

My dad booked the room for my new wife and I for our hunnymoon we were sick the first night so we didn't make it. We showed up the second day and found out they cancelled the room. And didn't reinstate the booking we had. We drove over 3 hours to get there and were basically blown off like nothing. The room was booked for four nights and they cancelled it because we didn't show up the first day and still charged my dad for the first night. My wife and I are livid.
