My mom started chemo earlier in the week for the very first time and complained of severe itching after developing a rash all over her body. Dr. Nugent was the provider on-call, and I had to call back-and-forth to obtain the necessary information from my mom since I was not physically with her. Dr. Nugent was very patient, empathetic, and prompt with my calls to help my mom by sending the appropriate prescriptions so she could find some relief. We are very thankful for her care outside business hours.
I recently saw Dr. Nugent this year April 2023 and let me tell you she’s the best at what she does my insurance approve my surgery to be done in mids of May excellent recovery the nurses/staff will answer and listen to your questions or anything that you’re worry about and will return your calls as well my surgery recover went well now I’m release to go back to work next week June 26… love all her staff and teamwork
Amazing doctor!! Very knowledgeable, thorough and empathetic. She took time to discuss our fears, reservations and options. She was very respectful of our desired outcomes and explained all possibilities. I went to surgery knowing that I was in very capable and caring hands. Much appreciated and grateful to be under your care.
She took over my treatment back in 2017 from another dr and was so very amazing, she was kind, considerate, empathetic and took her time to explain all to me as well as accept my odd placed humor in a stressful situation. She is an amazing Dr and if you get the chance to have her bed side manner is astounding.
