My father in law has been coming to her to adjust/replace parts of his hearing aids. Starting from the rude receptionist who seem to hate their job to the doctor who wants to rush you out, there was nothing but disappointment. I will be searching for a different place for him where he is not made to feel uncomfortable or a nuisance.
I have had my new Phonak Hearing aids for about a month now and could not be more happy with them. Dr. Nemec did a 100% perfect job fitting my new aids to my specific hearing loss. I am 86 years old and hear sounds now that I did not hear with my previous aids. I no longer hear myself keep saying "what" every time someone talks to me. Another plus feature of the new aids is they can pick up TV sound and mask tinnitus directly through the hearing aids. I can listen to TV without disturbing my wife while she reads a book.
