I’m not sure if my expectations are simply too high, but I believe that communication, customer service, and basic patient-care ethics should be standard at any doctor’s office. Unfortunately, this provider fell short in all of those areas. From having to call multiple times just to get updates on my bloodwork, to needing to repeatedly follow up about information they should have provided proactively, the entire process felt disorganized and poorly managed. Dr Nathan is an exceptionally great doctor! She takes the time to listen and is thourough in her inquires to diagnose the condition or ailment you may have. Her understanding and explanation of the ailments I have seen her for have been accurate and her recommendations for treatment have been effective every time. She has a genuine caring demeanor. You will be well cared for if you chose her as your doctor.
Dr. Elizabeth is a excellent primary doctor.
