I recently moved to the area and had to establish new primary care. I could not have chosen better than Dr. Nathan. She is thorough, attentive, and didn’t rush me, which I greatly appreciated. Her relaxed yet professional manner put me right at ease, I knew I was in good hands. Highly recommend!

I’m not sure if my expectations are simply too high, but I believe that communication, customer service, and basic patient-care ethics should be standard at any doctor’s office. Unfortunately, this provider fell short in all of those areas. From having to call multiple times just to get updates on my bloodwork, to needing to repeatedly follow up about information they should have provided proactively, the entire process felt disorganized and poorly managed.
