I had a really great experience today at your office Dr Morrison Banks. Dr Hijazin was awesome too. I'm looking forward to my new journey with my seizures and your team/care. I am so close to really ending it all. Your office and team brought me a little bit of hope to try one last time.
Dr Morrison-Banks is great. Her office staff is incompetent and difficult to work with. I've been trying to work with her office for over 8 weeks to get a prescription of a specialty medication renewed that needs a prior authorization. Missing three doses of the medication is a big deal. You have to start all over again and retitrate on the drug. It's been 8 weeks, multiple messages and phone calls and they've never contacted my insurance company. I was able to get a complimentary 15 day refill from the pharmaceutical compan... read more
