Dr Morrison-Banks is great. Her office staff is incompetent and difficult to work with. I've been trying to work with her office for over 8 weeks to get a prescription of a specialty medication renewed that needs a prior authorization. Missing three doses of the medication is a big deal. You have to start all over again and retitrate on the drug.
