Dr. Motley has been my primary physician for the last seven years, and my wife’s for the past four. Whenever I made the decision to go plant based, I knew I needed a Doctor who understood the intricacies of the nutritional approach. If you need a physician who not only cares about your lifestyle—but also lives it out—then Dr. Elizabeth Motley is your doctor. Highly recommended.

My visit with Dr.Motley are State of the Art visit not to mention the staff is friendly. My latest encounter is with a receptionist name shalonda; very unprofessional, unpleasant & its hard to get my prescription refilled.
Dr. Beth Motley has been very healthful for my wife with her type 1.5 diabetes. We drive all the way from Orangeburg to Greenville for our appointment. We are plant based eaters and she is supportive of healthful eating.
Dr. Motley has been life changing for me since I have become an established patient. She listens and is literally there for you & your well-being. The staff is phenomenal including Dee the receptionist who I have watched run that front office like a well-oiled machine, effortlessly and always pleasant every time I see her. Grateful and if I could give 20 stars, I would.
