Professional concerned and friendly care.
Have been a patient of Doctor Mohr for 3÷ years and was always satisfied. However recently I received no answers for over 2 weeks to my voicemails. When I called front desk I had to stay on line for over 5 minutes until someone answered.
Dr. Yuan is excellent, and every time she listens very carefully and patiently to my questions before answering them. The front desk staff and nurses at the clinic are also very kind.
I am a “new patient,” of Dr Elizabeth Mohr I had the pleasure of speaking with two very helpful and extremely caring, polite front desk staff members, Alaina and Demetria! They both were so patient with me as I asked questions . It was the end of their wk day yet, neither of them rushed me off of the phone. I have longed for a top notch PCP practice!
