I loved Dr. Maylack and so did my daughter. She was one of the best doctors I have ever had . I keep looking to see if she moved to another practice.
She just left her practice with no notice. My insurance Informed me that she left the practice. Her contact wasn't renewed. I don't know if it was her decision or not. I ABSOLUTELY loved her. She was an amazing doctor.
My doctor used to be Dr. Elizabeth Maylack, now I see doctor Dr. Nathan Adams. I am not sure what happened to dr. Maylack , she just left the practice , didn't give any notice until after the fact. Wild! Office staff is pretty good. They do need more workers and more Doctors. Unless they have a limit I am not sure. All an all decent doctor office!
My experience with Dr. Maylack was top tier! She showed me my lab results and didn’t just tell me what they were. She made me feel heard and understood. I was so impressed that I brought my 15 year old daughter to her as a new patient and she loved the care she received as well. I’m not sure what is going on at Esse Health causing AMAZING doctors to leave but I do understand that everyone deserves to be treated as a human no matter the title. Doesn’t listen, bother to look at your chart, or give any help. I have been ignored by her receptionist after calling every day for a week, and then was yelled at by her nurse practitioner for wanting to come in when I was sick. The whole time I was with her I could tell she was just wanting me to shut up so she could leave. Whole office is unprofessional and Dr. Maylack does not care about her patients.
