Dr Souffront is one of the rare therapists who will actually give you feedback and help you reframe your mindset with guidance. Not everyone likes a therapist who will provide feedback instead of just listening, but I personally go to therapy to get advice and guidance. I really love her style and have recommended her to multiple friends and family members.
Terrible experience. Started the virtual appointment late and ended it about 20 min early! Her opening line was … “go ahead” my poor mother who had recently attempted to commit suicide told her what had happened and explained the abusive behavior she had to endure by her son before and after her attempt.
