Agree with previous reviews about billing practices. We have left this practice as well and don’t recommend. Nothing special about the care here to make it worth the back and forth with the office.
I thought the office staff and the visit with Dr. Merkler was top notch. They got my 2 year old in and out in 15 minutes. My issue is with their billing practices. I made sure ahead of time via my insurance company and with Dr. Merkler's office that they take Delta Dental. They do. What they don't tell you is that they only take the Delta Dental Premier Plan which bills at a much higher rate than the traditional Delta Dental PPO. My 15 year old daughter has been here. Not a great experience there with staff. My wife and i go to Dr. Testa in Point. Much better experience with his office, and with him, overall. We are transferring both kids to Testa.
Very caring and family friendly environment, top notch dentist, great with kids! My kids look forward to their dentist appointments :)
My son has been going to Dr.Merkler for a few years now and this team is the very best. They are patient,kind,caring and friendly. My son used to dread going to the dentist until we started going to Dr.Merkler. I do not have enough good words to say about everyone on Dr.Merklers team, they truelly are the very BEST. If you aren’t bringing your child to this team you absolutely should be :)
