Hollie was absolutely amazing! I had to leave with a dress that day and they had a fabulous selection of just stunning dresses in their sample sale! I tried on lots of incredible dresses and Hollie was just so supportive and there was absolutely no pressure. I ended up finding my dress and the whole process was just a dream! I’d happily recommend them to any bride I know!

BEST BRIDAL SHOP IN CHESTER! I visited ELBB after buying my first dress from a different store, and falling out of love with it on my first fitting. I rang ELBB in a real flap with only weeks to spare. Hollie dropped everything for me on the same day and invited me, she spent 3hours with me going over styles, giving me advice and guidance. Not once did i feel pressured to buy! She offered patience and kindness the whole time and helped me find my perfect dress. Hannah is amazing!! Thank you so much ! 3 weeks from my wedding and she helped me get my dream dress after changing my mind on my original dress (and she greatly calmed my nerves)! The shop is honestly the most exquisite bridal shop- i recommend all brides go there , there is nowhere better (trust me I feel like I have tried them all) - can't wait for my wedding now
