Years ago, I saw you. I had a DVT in my left leg. You wanted to put me in Coumadin. I refused. It turns out that my DVT was caused by severe hyperthyroidism. I’m telling you this doctor, so that you do more digging and blood work. Coumadin would not have helped. I had RAI to my thyroid. I solved my DVT by eating beans. I was in the medical field and what I’ve learned is, I DON’T know everything. Please continue to learn as a doctor. Use your brain and knowledge. Don’t just blindly follow protocol. Thanks
